TV series, Dollhouse. The show stars Eliza Dushku as Echo, one of a group of "Dolls" or "Actives," a highly illegal and underground group who have had their personalities wiped clean so they can be imprinted with any number of new personas. Whedon came up with the idea for the show while having lunch with Dushku, which was one of the first topics he discussed during our conversation.
