Sophie Monk has the healthiest body I’ve seen in a long time

In a world of emaciated models and celebrities, Sophie Monk is one of the few exceptions. She’s definitely not fat, but not too skinny either - she’s just healthy!
I think Sophie could be the perfect role model for young girls, showing them that you can be sexy and fit without putting your health at risk. Not to mention that she looks really beautiful even when wearing workout clothes and no makeup!
